Woo Hoo! I FINALLY hit another mini-goal! I love seeing that scale on 150 and not 165!!! I am not sure that I will make it to my original goal but I'm not giving up now.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
