Motivated and ready to start again. 2 pounds by Friday, 32 oz of plain water daily and exercise 3 days this week. That is my goal. Hopefully I can stick with it.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
