I guess the body isn't retaining the large quantity of food like it once did and the activity and lower calories yesterday must have helped. I am up 1 pound since last Saturday after 2 thanksgiving dinners and a night eating out in between. I guess I can be okay with 1 pound.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
