Just starting on my journey and not what I hoped to see after a week of working hard and eating well but keeping my chin up!
90.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mine goes up and down all over the place but my clothes are getting more comfortable and fitting better. The numbers on the scale don't accurately reflect progress at all. I didn't have the numbers move on the scale at all for like, 6 weeks. Just takes time 😊
