在網上訂購一個禮拜份的減醣餐,
今天D1
實驗吃了2餐,真的是吃不完。
然後是有在考慮是否能再插入一些我冰箱內的食材,還是就是先照著那些東西來吃?
不過今天才第一天就這麼想破功😅
加油,撐過一個禮拜試試看
