Day 4 of 14:10 IF. It's working! Everyday I lose some weight. Maybe it's giving my gut time to rest and digest, instead of just constantly snacking all night. The first couple days were an adjustment, but it gets easier to only eat in the feeding window. Having the accountability from the FSF helps too! Just knowing that people are seeing my progress helos me stay on track😀. Thanks everyone.
