Good loss after 6 full days dieting... Well happy :)
110.4 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How are you doing it? I'm working so hard with excersise and diet and have only managed to shift 6 ounces in 4 weeks! 🤔

Kathy, I'm averaging about 1150 calories per day... I drive a cab for a living and so about half a mile walk at night... I prob need to up the calories a bit more, maybe my initial loss was bloat... I feel better for it and will need to buy a new belt soon 👍
