Yesterday, 90 protein, 86 fat, 29 carbs, cottage cheese, olives, turkey, omelette, Caesar salad, folio wrap, jello nuts before bed
70.4 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
