Here I go ...
Simply because I am tired of bein' uncomfortable in my own body ...

One of the big things that I have done for years now, is I do not eat after 7pm. (I go to bed between 10p and 12a) It makes a big difference.

My biggest weakness (and hardest to give up) is Dr. Pepper.
