I find it difficult to find the foods I am eating which leads to my frustation. This makes it difficult to continue. I do have my daughter who is also doing this which helps keep me on track.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
