More progress. Frankly, I'm shocked it worked that well because of a party I went to. But overall, I followed the diet well and made steady progress towards my goal.

It was still very hard and I was at times very hungry, but I haven't lost determination yet. And knowing it works renews my determination.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
