My goal is to maintain my current weight for the next few weeks until third trimester then slowly gain no more than 9lbs, for a total of 25lbs. Baby growth is right on track and OB Doctor is good with the plan. He said the less I gain during pregnancy, the easier it is to get back on track after baby is born.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 49.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
