Not sure even where to start have so much weight to lose seems impossible but I am going to give it my best shot have started going for a walk each night but worried I am going to be hungry all the time and only be able to eat lettuce lol.

Walking between 5 and 10k a day. Keeping under my calorie count the majority of days and still hardly seem to be losing anything actually put on weight today 😭 bit demotivated today.
