Seven years ago I quit smoking by going cold turkey. I walked away and never looked back. Of course food became the new habit to replace the old one. Trying to find something to fill the food void and not having any luck, yet. Exercise is fine, but not something I can just bust out when I'm craving something food-wise. Judging from my appetite, I'd be buff as hell if I could, though. 😂 Anyone have any suggestions on activities that can occupy my brain for those times I can't exercise my cravings away?
