Today was bitter sweet. I had a good workout, but was disappointed when the scale said I had only lost a pound in the last week. I don't know what I'm doing wrong...
83.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Based on your Diet Calendar for the last week or two it seems that you aren't eating enough.

I thought about that, but I'm hesitant to eat more ... I know that I already have a low metabolism (much lower than the "RDI" on fatsecret suggests), and figure I would blow up if I ate more than I am. Should I just eat more of what I'm already eating? How many calories? I was hoping that by splitting my meals into 5 times a day I could avoid going into "starvation mode" ... And, I am never hungry since switching to the 5 meal plan. Suggestions? I'm at a loss :(.
