好難,必須很努力控制飲食跟不能鬆懈的運動才能壓下一點點,但一吃到正常的量就彈起來了!

16/8會讓我沒辦法正常工作,所以目前只能盡量不要太晚吃晚餐,把熱量控制在TDEE減三百大卡。
