Just got my evalution last night I stoked about the numbers! I am going in the right direction and will be bloging about this tonight. But in a nutshell, my body fat has done from 18% down to 14%! I'm building more muscle and I can throw out my old weight goal of 162 lbs. I'm now at the point where I'm heading back up...but slowly and healthy while building muscle.
