Holy crow! Finally broke that 148 lb barrier. I am now 147.4. I cut down on my protein yesterday and ate more vegetables and an atkins bar. Problem is that I was nearly kicked out of Ketosis from yesterdays diet. I was only showing small amount. I am also starting my period (possibly to much information but im sharing because its relevent) which means that I am probably a pound or two heavier then normal.
I had a chronic cough for over a year.I coughed all the time. I went to the doctor got tested for GERD and a chest x-ray etc. I actually have completely lost my cough completely since I started this diet. I no longer have a chronic tickle in my throat and for that I am so greatful.
I am going to record my measurements now on here to keep track.
