好久沒量體重了,以目前維持一週最少三次的運動,不忌口想吃就吃,想喝就喝,體重差不多⋯⋯若是開始再執行輕斷食,不知道會不會兩週內降至90以下?
92.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
