하루 700칼로리를 먹으니 1만보하는데 너무 기운이 없어서 900칼로리로 늘렸더니 몸무게가 늘어버리네 ㅋ
칼로리 무시하고 저탄수만 하면 빠질줄알앗는데
아니었던가. ㅋ
