I went the same way and put on a stone. I decided enough was enough and finally managed to buy an elliptical, now I’m using it every single day and making it my routine. Great for my weight and my mental health too. You will get there 💪🏼

You’re right! Enough is enough! I have to eat healthy, and only what my body needs. I practice sport again now so that’s a thing.

That’s fantastic, well done on getting back into the swing of things ☺️ Eventually other things will follow. I found when I forced myself to drink more water, I actually felt thirstier as if my body was used to the higher amount. Things like that, little changes and just build it up into a routine. And don’t put too much pressure on yourself, listen to what your body needs, whether it’s a rest or a little treat now and then. ✨
