Not too bad for over the holidays. I lost and didn't gain. So there is a positive. Haven't started on my workout routine yet, but I will starting tomorrow or Wednesday. Still trying to get everything in order. I have been watching what I eat. So that is good. Since, my schedule is so hectic, since I have 4 kids aging from 2 1/2 - 9 years old...and I homeschool...I am not going to kill myself like I last did. I think that is why I got burned out. I am going to keep my calories at 1000 a day, and instead of walking 9 miles a day on the treadmill...I am only going to do 6 miles. 3 in the morning at 3mph at a 3 inch incline and do that again around lunch. And if I have time to do another 3 in the evening, or if I feel like it I will...but if not, oh well. Also going to do the stationary exercises everyday in the afternoon as well. So again, I am going to need all the support I can get. So lets make this an awesome year and by next Christmas, we will be hotties with amazing bodies :) Good luck all!
