I am feeling smaller and notice my side view shows a smaller hind end.....I am doing some form of exercise daily. I tested negative for Covid, but will hold off on visiting Jane. Sent in Charlie to LeeAnne and cookbook to printer. Staying in good mental health. Still eating too many sweets but more fruit and trying to reduce carbs....very hard for me. Sleeping very well, but not using breather as the new one doesn't fit so well.
