It was a hectic day yesterday.

I walked in the morning and at night.

Still hard on following the diet.

Being positive and knowing that even though I am yo yoking right now if I keep steadfast the ounces will drop and these ounces will one day become pounds. Slow bot a sure thing.

POSITIVE, always. IA will get rid of the unhealthy fat.
WILL get my health back.
WILL be in control of what goes in this body.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
