I have been so active lately my weight is like a yo yo. I finally git back to 175 a few days ago, did some more work out back along with my workouts and dropped back to 170! Took a few days of rest and eating and at least I gained a couple of pounds back! At this weight I am 7 pounds heavier than when I was 21 and playing drums in Europe...39 years ago!🤯🤘🥁
