어제 친척모임에서 저녁먹고 0.9kg늘어남😂
대부분 수분이겠지만
그래도 슬프네요
73.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
