Touring NY for a week, and doing a food challenge which has +10,000 calories isn't helping me lose weight lol.

I be going back to my diet. Gradually lowering my calories while increasing my workout intensity and duration over the next few months in order to keep losing body fat, gain a little bit of muscle, and vary workouts in order to keep from hitting a plateau.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
