Things to do differently....don't drink beer and eat plantains at night, especially the night before a weigh-in! Also, increase exercise to burn more calories.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
