Day 34 Lectin free WOE continues.
Received my Plant Paradox Cookbook in mail on Wednesday. Am excited to try some of these new recipes as I begin "freefall" without a Daily Menu--I'm doing okay with my eating, but in the last four days I've learned that I must be more intentional in my food planning. If I am not making a plan daily/weekly, I tend to "graze" on my snacks all day, and that's not conducive to health or weight loss! Also, having cravings/temptations again, so know I must still work at extinguishing bad intestinal "bugs" who want me to eat all day long.
So I'm going to prep more tomorrow for next week with menus that I am in process of creating as much as possible.
I also learned from reading the cookbook intro. that I should probably stick to this WOE for at least 6 weeks, two more than the 30 Day Challenge. So I'll keep going until July 5th to give it a fair shot.
