Well I am doing Intermittent fasting as recommended by Dr. lee my Gastroenterological Dr. so I only eat from 12- 8 pm. But today I am eating 11-7pm. Switch things up a bit. Trying to ride stationary bike every day!!
107.1 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
