I'm BACK!!!! Three week long vacation, and lots of food, desserts, alcohol, no working out, and being totally bad!!! I felt my clothes tightening, and my body getting soft...plus, have been feeling so sleepy lately too, just at a blink of an eye, no pun intended! I think that might be all the high carbs, low proteins, and no working out...plus the winter!
Anyhow, am back in town now. No more excuses. I miss FS, my disciplined buddies here, my gym, and my proteins. I need to start my carb-count and cooking again---as early as tomorrow.
The plan is to start by picking up my healthy produce and groceries tomorrow (Saturday), and start the week off right. I don't want to use New Years' partying as an excuse to wait and get fatter!!!
Meanwhile, despite the damages, weight on the scale hasn't been disastrous!! Surprising!!!! Nay, Shocking!
I am happy to be back here and can't wait to see how my buddies have been!!! Hope everyone's had a lovely christmas and are gearing up for New Years'
