I thought I had done very well this week. Not to give up, I need to keep going, the trend is down and it will continue that way. I'll try to add an exercise component to the program and see how that goes. I'll get out the Gazelle on Saturday and get going. My goal for next week is to get back to 201. Then look out 199, I'm on my way. :)
