Yesterday was a really lazy day again, but I did not faulted. I stayed o. Track. Sobeit I I not loose any weight but the great thing is that I did not gain any either.

I read a weight history of someone on this site yesterday and this person motivated me so much that I know no matter what I will not stop the diet. This person was honest about what they ate and what they weighed. After almost 3 years on this site they were still going strong not giving up even when they gained a lot of the weight back.

Myself, I am not honest with myself. I think I can fool myself and give all the excuses in the world for why I should not continue the dairy and " oh, I'll back to this in a week after .....". This has been my pattern. I promise myself that even if I gain weight or not eat right I will still enter everything in the journal and the weight even when I start to gain the weight.

This time around I started the diet on June 2nd, I lost 6lbs so far. Hooray!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
