I feel like I ate like a little piggy yesterday, but apparently not - I was down 2 lbs... recording it before the warm weather bumps up my water retention!

Very tired, up with baby good part of the night then off to work (aunty home to watch the little monkey).

Forcing myself to eat breakfast - need the energy. Having cereal AND an asian apple. May need another coffee.

Got my 5K in 5 days... the sun is finally shining again after a week long of rainy weather - gotta start walking again.

104.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks! Me too, It's killing me to see him coughing without any production - frustrating (I've had Bronchitis many times during my past when I used to smoke). I'm going to bring him back to doctors if he doesn't get any better after tomorrow. Might be a lung infection on top of the croup (hard to say though, he has a runny nose which points to viral).
