so i'm not fully done my week of phase one, but its still proving effective for me. I used to do it every 4-6 weeks, but now tend to do it maybe once every couple months. But i am remaining within my safety net and right around my goal weight. So once again, i do suggest that for people who have reached their goal weight but tend to find themselves eating more 'normal' ( aka : NOT south beach friendly ) that to phase one every so often, will help shed a couple pounds and get you back in the habit of eating healthy again!!! hope things are going well with you all!!!!
