So I stepped on the scale today and I'm up exactly 2 pounds and I'm a little bummed. See I think the problem is binge/stress eating. I tend to reach for cheese cake when I'm stressing over health or finances, etc. It's good that I'm able to identify the problem, it's just finding a workable solution. If anybody has any advice for me, that would be great cuz I could sure use it. 🌻💞
