Didn't follow that well - had huge carb cravings. I am working on the protein portion of the Weight Loss Challenge - hard to do. I need to track better. Today I've done very well, I think, but I don't track as I should. Maybe tomorrow. Need to know the calories as well as the protein/carb ratio. I also need to exercise too. BACK ON TRACK :)
