Lawd ! Has anyone gone through the hard to eat anything stage ?? My appetite has fallen and currently only eating because it’s habit .. I know I have to keep my calorie intake up to keep my metabolism working .. do I fast and see if that brings back my hunger ?

How long has it been? The appetite thing? Yeah you can try fasting it might bring back the hunger. Also better eat when hungry than when it is time.... Sometimes you don't feel hungry because you are out of habit when it was time (noon for example).

Probably the last week my hunger has been really suppressed .. yesterday I barely ate anything and night prior same .. I’ll try and eat when I feel like it vs routine .. I mean it’s not a baaad thing that I’m not eating lol but I know keto requires calories soooob🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

So you r on keto. Well if what you eat is a minimum of carbs even if you eat almost nothing you will still Be in ketosis. It happens to me too sometimes not to be hungry. Don't worry the body does not work on few days but as a whole. Personally I say listen to your body. All my life I heard what you don't have breakfast? It's the most important meal of the day. When I was a kid I was forced to eat in the morning (I would sneak the food in my school bag whenever I could) now they are saying oh fasting is great you could skip breakfast for example. In few years they might say something else. Listen to your body. Sometimes I eat like 700kcal per days and sometimes 2000 and well my weight doesn't fluctuate. ( Or when I was looking to loose I still lost weight). They discovered vitamine C because of the cravings of people in winter when they were sick... So the body usually knows best. Good luck!

Yeah , I’ve never been consistent with my breakfast throughout my life .. good to note about calories though and to listen to ya body ... if it ain’t hungry it ain’t hungry 🤷🏼‍♀️... cheers for the support 😬

you are lucky, I wish that would be my case. I do 2 meals a day, I fast everyday from 6pm - 11am I break up my fasting at 11 and then dinner at 6pm At around 3pm I get quite hungry, so I eat pork crackers . I am on my second month with Keto, the first month I lost 5 kilos and the second month only 800 grams 🤷‍♀️ But I am determent to loose 8 more kilos.

I'm the same. I force myself to have a Musashi Protein bar thus keeping up calories. I totally go off calories

I would just eat at set times and follow a routine.

I calories count and most days I just can't meet them at 1600 I'm lucky to do 500 to 900..depends on day and if I'm not hungry I'm not going to force myself to eat
