Yesterday, IF, 89 protein, 124 fat, 18 carbs, salami and cheese, folio wrap, jello, HWC, nuts before bed
71.6 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Hi don’t know if you’re interested but Leanne Vogel has a podcast on keto and one covers how to eat keto throughout your cycle. Includes days when it’s beneficial to have starches and more fruits. Just an FYI:)
