Ok , so my weight had been not doing much AT ALL if anything was gaining the last few days .. but I also wasn’t hitting my daily calorie intake .. I was fasting 16hrs every day till lunch but stilll wasn’t able to balance it all with the amount of carbs I had restricted myself from .. so I have went back to eating breakfast yesterday and I was back to within 600-500 deficit vs over 1000.. and my weight has shifted slightly ... so YAY there’s small movement .. but it’s movement !

On another note I’ve been surprised with my will power in not having sweets or carbs .. usually anything sweet or carby is my kryptonite but somehow have just said no .. I bake for my kids a lot so I’ve been putting myself through fucking torture ! 🤦🏽‍♀️
