又不知不覺瘦了
最近沒有特別吃很少
每餐都吃飽飽
一餐也沒餓著

身體已經習慣三餐都要進食
以前總是暴飲暴食
雖然目前還是會偶爾晚上吃宵夜
但已經不太會過量
加油
目標是完全不吃
