Today is the day that I am stopping eating all the chips I do everyday. It has been for the last week that I have been doing that and watching my weight go up. No more. I stopped and got some healthy snacks (apples, carrots, celery, red pepper, low fat pudding) for today and tomorrow while at work. I want to see my weight down 10-15 pounds. I exercise every day - walking - 16,500 steps at the least is what my goal is. Doing pretty good on that.
