昨天晚上去吃火鍋吃到飽,今天無意外的體重體 體脂上升,所以今天來實行從沒試過的52輕斷食,加油了。
64.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
