Class work and finals are overbearing right now. Because I graduate in a few weeks my husband suggested that I not make a big life style change right now but to wait until afterwards so I don't add to my stress.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
