原本的記錄消失了,真奇怪,現簡單寫一下⋯⋯
1、終於抽到去爬玉山的機會,真不容易從445隊共記2582人中,抽出21隊116人,這機率約4.5%!
2、4/16出發,還有近一個月的行前準備,目標聽重下降,體力加強!重點訓練下盤!
再次走起囉⋯⋯
93.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
