I used to be very skinny as a young woman, but after four pregnancies and five miscarriages I started to add weight and to lose my figure. I am now 50 and after mono pause things got a little harder. My weight around the waste grew bigger and my clothes wouldn’t fit . On January 30 th I decided I don’t want to keep carrying these extra kilos . I joined this app and started to cut off any kind of processed sugar or white flour. No more whites in my life, no sugar no flour no salt. I didn’t lose any weight at the beginning but after one month I started to notice a little weight loss. My skin looks much better and I feel better. I started to bake anything I desired to eat but honey instead of sugar and oats instead of white flour. It takes time but it is worth it 🌺if I managed to lose a little then every body can.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
