總算要結束第一週的減重減脂

2020/3/9 的Day1
很久沒正視體重計,站上去看到體脂肪40%的瞬間,真的很崩潰。😱印象中以前看過最高的紀錄是34%(也是很高)!
想想10年前的體重大約51Kg,再看看現在的67
不禁悲從中來。

努力克制飲食的一週,今天體脂肪終於下降了0.6%來到了39.6%😂😂😂😂

希望到月底能夠至少讓我看到38.*%吧?
