I'm so happy to know there is a Christ-based group on this site. I once belonged to Weigh Down Workshop, and I found that "I can do all things, through Christ Who strengthens me." I managed to lose weight and keep it off for the past 15 years. Right now I'm dealing with hormones and thyroid changes, and have become "flabby", and have gained 6 pounds. I'm anxious to lose not only the pounds... but especially the "flab". Thank you for your support.

Watching grandkids today, so as I walked my 20 minutes, I carried my 3 month old granddaughter for 1/2 of the time. Guess that'll help me strengthen my arms and tone down.
