Speechless! 😆
Mudik dari akhir nov sampe pertengahan jan trus stay di rumah sodara sebulan lebih tanpa ngitung2 intake kalori (syukurnya masih stay cardio), trus pulang2 sampe bulan kemarin langsung barbar makan apa aja, puas2in order gofood, jajan sana sini, pas nimbang malah turun 77 dari 80an, skrng kirain udah naikan 82-83, pas nimbang ternyata masih stay di angka 78. Nah skrng waktunya mulai makan waras lagi. Let's get started!
