Haven't done so hot this week. Trying to do mainly low carb but have cheated with some wonton wrappers and today had some yogurt. For some reason I'm famished today and nothing I brought that is Atkins-friendly appeals to me. What's up with that???

just get back on track, were humans we make mistakes. its ok and dont beat yourself up about it and start new tomorrow. you can do this!
